When it comes to finding a luxurious log cabin with access to a swimming pool, these are mostly found alongside other log cabins on holiday parks, where leisure facilities are shared across a number of cabins.  At some of these parks, you may find not only a swimming pool, but perhaps also a Jacuzzi and may be even a sauna for the ultimate in relaxation and pampering.

Holiday lodges with a private swimming pool are few and far between.  Where lodges do have private leisure facilities, these are usually larger properties with 5 or more bedrooms.

People have various reasons for wanting to stay in a log cabin with a pool; from wanting to stay fit and enjoy exercise on holiday to wanting to splash around and have fun with the kids.  Whether you’re a keen swimmer or just like to splash around or have a quick dip, for all round enjoyment, lodges with indoor pools are safer options than cabins with access to an outdoor swimming pool (which are usually for summer time use only).
